Ingredients:

• L-Glutamine (90%), acid (citric acid), aroma, acidity regulator (potassium tartrates), sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides), salt, color (tartrazine*).

Method of use / dosage:

• Mix one serving (12g = 2 level scoops = 2 heaping tablespoons) with 150ml of water and consume immediately after training. Enjoy the afternoon on non-training days. We recommend using a shaker to mix.
